CELLxGENE metadata schema

We use the CELLxGENE metadata schema due to its inclusion of necessary metadata, use of controlled vocabularies, and flexibility. The latest release of the schema (v.5.1.0) can be found in this github repo, and it's development version (v.5.2.0) in this github repo.
